Howard M. Koff
Since 1970, Howard has provided creative financial products and services to high net worth individuals and the corporate and professional market. He was a national leading sales producer throughout the decade of the 70’s. His early accomplishments were outlined in Ken Meyers’ book “The Shooters”, published in 1979. During the 80’s, Howard Koff built a large, diversified financial services organization that he ultimately sold to American Express in 1989. From 1981 to 1998, he was an active member of the Yong President’s Organization (YPO). He has been an industry leader and participates in a variety of community and civic organizations.
Marcia K. Koff
Marcia is integrally involved with many of the Westbury Enterprises clients. Her perspective is valuable in counseling people in order to develop and refine their thought process in dealing with the interpersonal family relationships, generation skipping transfers, gift giving and other estate planning considerations. Her contacts in the art world and her philanthropic activities have resulted in meaningful company affiliations and client relationships.
James W. Thiele
James has over 30 years experience in designing, installing and administering life insurance portfolios, corporate deferred compensation programs and estate plans. His strength is in the conception of creative tax planning strategies for the high net-worth individual, family, and business owner. Jim serves on the Board of the Los Angeles Estate Planning Council, one of the most prominent groups of attorneys and estate planning professionals in the country. He served as its president in 2016-17. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®).
Stacy L. Totland
Stacy’s drive and entrepreneurial spirit help her achieve her dreams. Her skill set includes leadership, management, administration, and sales management. She has many years of experience in project management. In 2007 she created 4 Peaks Presents, LLC. The 4 Peaks Music Festival brings national touring acts to Bend, Oregon each year in mid-June. Her visibility and strong connection to the community contributes to the growth of Westbury Enterprises.
David’s background in both the technical and sales support arena has been extremely beneficial as a liaison to Westbury’s clients. He was a web developer, system developer, network administrator, project manager, forensic computer examiner, and sales team technical consultant. In 2011, he became life insurance licensed and was trained in Beverly Hills, California in the leading office of a major mutual life insurance company. In 2014, Westbury relocated David from California to the office in Bend, Oregon.
Jesse B. Steinberg
Jesse provides Westbury’s internal technical support including the configuration, installation, and maintenance of all hardware and software. He is the liaison to all of Westbury’s insurance company partners in coordinating the various complex product illustration systems with the sophisticated internal software designed for client analysis and presentations. His information technology expertise, computer knowledge, and communication skills developed over the past 35 years have been key to Westbury remaining on the cutting edge.
Denise A. Vivero
Denise has been a professional accountant for over 25 years and brings her business management and financial skills to Westbury Enterprises. She provides timely and accurate financial information and supports the administrative areas of the Company. In addition to her financial talent and experience that are integral to the Westbury team, Denise was 2015-2016 President of the Rotary Club of Conejo Valley, an organization that promotes high ethical values in business. Her membership in this network of business professionals enhances the image of Westbury Enterprises in Southern California.
Adam has excelled in the retail banking, investment banking, real estate and insurance businesses. His broad background provides Westbury Enterprises with unique experience and insight, as well as an impressive professional network. Adam’s association with Westbury enables the company to bask in the reflected glory of his stature in the community.
